Which are your rights when you provide your personal data?

Everyone has the right to obtain the confirmation from DILEGAL CONSULTING, S.L., if we are treating your personal data or not.

The interested persons have the right to access to their personal data, as well as request the correction of the incorrect data or, if needed, request its elimination when, among other reasons, the personal data it is not needed for the target they were collected for.

In some circumstances, the interested people will be able to request a limit in the treatment of their own data, in which case, we will keep them only for the exercise or the defence of possible complaints.

In this case, DILEGAL CONSULTING, S.L. will not treat the data, expect for legitimate compelling reasons, the exercise or the defence of possible complaints.

The client could materially exercise his rights by addressing the responsible of the data treatment.

If you gave your consent for some particular purpose, you have the right to take a way that consent given in any moment, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

In the case you could perceive that your rights have been violated in terms of personal data protection, especially when you have not obtained any benefit in the exercise of your rights, you could present a complaint to the Authority of Control in the subject of Data Protection in Spain, through their own web page: www.agpd.es.
